My appreciation for coffee began years ago while studying medicine, where long days and even longer nights introduced me to cafés, origins, and the remarkable stories found within every cup. What began as a daily necessity gradually became a passion for understanding how origin, elevation, processing, and craftsmanship shape the character of coffee.

Over time, that passion evolved into Trecento.

Inspired by a love for discovery and the enduring legacy of my late brother, Trecento was created to celebrate craftsmanship, connection, and the moments that matter most. His kindness, generosity, and appreciation for life's simple moments continue to influence the values behind this company and serve as a reminder that the most meaningful things in life are often the ones we share with others.
